Weston, as the name suggests, lies West of the City of Bath and is a part of a large area stretching from Newbridge up to Upper Weston. It is a leafy and highly desirable neighbourhood close to Royal Victoria Park. The shopping parade of Chelsea Road provides valuable outlets including a cafe, bakery, Spa minimart, hairdressers and cycle shop.

The imposing Victorian houses of Combe Park lead you up to The Royal United Hospital, the large, acute care hospital based  in a 52 acre site. Beyond here, upper Weston offers lots of modern, mainly semi-detached and detached family properties as well as an excellent shortcut to the M4 via Lansdown Lane.
