Wisden homes and Al have such a good reputation in the area. Al is great at keeping you updated on the process and I found him to be pragmatic and helpful as well as being impartial, definitely not just about closing a deal. Would highly recommend if you are selling or buying in the Bear Flat or Oldfield park area.
